Purchase Policy

How AppLockr purchases, delivery, and refunds work.

This policy covers AppLockr purchases made through the official card or crypto flows described on the website. Last updated: May 18, 2026.

Product type

AppLockr is a digital software product. Purchase fulfillment is tied to the email address used during checkout and is intended to unlock access in the app after verification or payment confirmation.

Supported purchase flows

  • Card-based checkout via Ko-fi
  • Crypto-based checkout via NOWPayments-hosted invoices

Delivery and activation

The app download may be available without charge, but paid access depends on successful purchase verification. For crypto payments, activation does not happen instantly when the buyer returns from the payment page; it happens after NOWPayments confirms the payment status through the webhook flow.

Refunds

We aim to be reasonable. Refunds may be offered within 7 days of purchase for unresolved technical issues that prevent normal use of AppLockr, provided we have had a fair opportunity to understand or troubleshoot the issue.

Refund requests may be denied when

  • The request is outside the stated refund window
  • The purchase was fully delivered and the issue is not reproducible or remains unsupported by evidence
  • The problem is caused by unsupported modifications, abuse, or misuse

Crypto payment note

Crypto payments are confirmed through NOWPayments status updates. If a payment is underpaid, expired, or otherwise not finalized, access may not be granted automatically.

Chargebacks and abuse

If a completed purchase is later reversed, charged back, or associated with fraud or abuse, access may be limited, suspended, or revoked.
